启事是一种公告性的通知，一般采用的是招贴形式，有必要的话，可采用登报的形式。
1.注意事项
（1）遗失启事（Lost）或招领启事（Found）等作为标题写在正上方。
（2）日期写在右上方，少数情况下也写在左上方，非常简单的启事可以不署日期。
（3）启事者署名在右下方，但如果在文中已讲明启事者，就不必再署名。
（4）不用称呼语。

Because of my carelessness I lost a black handbag in the dining hall of Friendship Hotel on the evening of March 7th, inside which were some computer disks, a radio, a ticket to Australia and over five thousand US dollars. You can imagine my anxiety. Will the finder please either send it to Mr Brown in Room 1924 or to the assistant manager of the hotel? Many thanks to the finder.
